We want every roof we work on to be right. If you are unhappy with any part of our work, or with the way we have dealt with you, please tell us so we can look into it.

How To Raise A Complaint

• By phone: call 07428 300474. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• In writing: send the details through the form on our contact page.

It helps to include your name, the address of the property, roughly when we did the work, what the problem is and, if you can, a photo or two.

What Happens Next

We will look into what has happened and come back to you. If the problem is with work we carried out, the written guarantee you were given when the job was finished sets out what it covers; its full terms are on the guarantee document itself, as our terms of use explain.

If you are not happy with how we have dealt with your complaint, you can get free, independent advice on your consumer rights from Citizens Advice.
