Accessibility Statement

Our Aim

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, so it works with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoomed text and a phone as well as a mouse.

How We Check

In October 2026 we checked the site in a browser at desktop and phone sizes, across the home page, services, projects, gallery, reviews, articles and the contact and legal pages. The checks covered the page code (descriptions of images, names of links and buttons, form fields, heading order and colour contrast) and a walk through the pages using only the keyboard, including the project viewer and the photo viewer.

Known Limitations

• The quote form's labels sit inside the boxes. Each box is labelled with hint text such as "Full name", which disappears as you type, rather than with a label that stays on screen.
• Some text has lower colour contrast than the guidelines ask for: the small blue headings on our dark blue sections, and two lines of small grey text in the footer.
• A few small links are below the recommended size for tapping, such as the first link in the breadcrumb trail at the top of each page.

Content From Other Services

The map on our pages is embedded from Google Maps, and our Google reviews load from Trustindex. Their accessibility is in Google's and Trustindex's hands rather than ours. The reviews themselves are also on our reviews page as plain text.

Tell Us About A Problem

If something on the site doesn't work for you, please let us know: call 07428 300474, answered 24 hours a day, or use the form on our contact page. It helps to tell us the page you were on and what got in the way. Anything you can do on this site, from asking a question to getting a quote, you can also do over the phone.
